I am not sure PD hits people with artistic disposition more than others but some time ago, I watched a TV series called ´Brain´ ( BBC) made with the scientific help of a British neurologist ( cannot remember her name) who specializes in neurodegenerative disorders). They were showing that some neuro lesions (traumatic or neurodegenerative) can lead to ´unleashings´ artistic sides like poetry, painting, etc. also they can develop sudden ´faiths´ in something or other, including a god.
