You need to first open the document in your Web browser. Then press Alt-F and A, or click on File and Save As (I don't know if the keyboard or the mouse is easier for you, so I'll give directions for both.) Choose a folder and filename for it. Then open Windows Explorer and navigate to the file. Either highlight the file and press Enter, or double click on the filename. You will now see the document on the screen again. NOW, if you open the File menu again by pressing Alt-F or clicking on File, there will be an option to "Save as Text." You have to save the document as a disk file.
