Scott has your wife ever considered DBS? It sure got my bilateral tremors. I understand tremor is the hardest symptom to treat. That's all it helped, but PD meds don't help me. I'm not pushing it, but she sounds like an ideal candidate. There are the Barrow Neurological and Mayo Clinics here in the Phoenix area.
