Three court cases, consolidated into one:

1.. Mary Scott Doe versus Robert Klein. (This one has been thrown out once; not sure if they have refiled yet). This suit was brought by the National Association for the Advancement of Preborn Children, an anti-abortion group.

2.. People's Advocate and National Tax Limitation Foundation-these are anti-tax groups-but who is the lawfirm representing them? The Life Legal Defense Foundation, a major anti-abortion group.

3.. The California Family Bioethics Council (CFBC)-does that sound like a religious group? It was incorporated the same day the lawsuit was filed (July 6 of this year) and is a project of the California Family Council, a statewide family policy affiliated with Focus on the Family, an international media ministry founded by Dr. James C. Dobson. one of the most powerful figures on the religious right. (This is the guy Karl Rove spoke to, about if Supreme Court nominee Harriet Miers was conservative enough to please the religious right.)
