Do you mean that John does his puffs, then the tremor goes a little
faster, then it subsides?  That's what I experience as well.  And you
can quote me, Annette.

I also use it to relieve the muscle stiffness and continual tension
from the nerves' constant 'misfiring'.  Of course, therapeutic massage
is the best treatment I've found for stiffness and tension, but that's
even more expensive than the pot.
