Dear Listserve Participants, I have just participated in the Parkinson's Disease Registry sponsored by the Mohammad Ali Parkinson Research Center. I did this because I believe it is critical to our cause to have accurate information about how many of us are afflicted, where we reside, how our symptoms affect us, etc. This information is essential to provide data that will give clues to the cause of PD, to raise the awareness of PD, and, most importantly, to help lobby for funding for research.
