This Thursday, December 15, 2005, the New Jersey State Senate will be voting on S-2913, "The Stem Cell Research Bond Act" introduced by Acting Governor/Senate President Richard J. Codey. A companion bill, A-4499, has been introduced by Assemblyman Neil M. Cohen.
