Depending on which word-processor, there'll probably be a menu choice somewhere to add options to the toolbar choices along the top of the screen, my guess is it got deleted at some point but can be replaced - or re-install the word-processor. Re cataract surgery - my mother had that. The first eye, she had very little discomfort during the surgery but with the second, rather more - the difference seems to be that the anethetist for the first specialised in cataracts.
