Anyone know if fava bean flour would help in the same way? Actually, I'm not sure - is it l-dopa or dopamine or what is it that's in fava beans? It so happens my wife has Celiac disease. No wheat, rye, barley, oats for her. She uses gar-fava flour (garbonzo and fava flour mix) in cooking, with considerable success, I might add. If I tell her I want her to make all my bread from now on, she'll at least look at me funny, if not bean me with a rolling pin! ----- Original Message ----- From: "M.Schild" <[log in to unmask]> To: <[log in to unmask]> Sent: Saturday, January 07, 2006 12:55 PM Subject: Re: Intro / Fava beans >> Can the pods be eaten ? > > > I donīt see why not.
