You have stated a good point about which to warn people. It is, indeed, much more subtle than that and that is a big part of the problem. By the time someone is totally under the effects (or side effects) of Mirapex they have had such a personality change that it is almost impossible to point out the problems to them or communicate as in an easy manner.
