I love the line in Jurassic Park that says, "life will always find a way." What we create today in petri diseases might bring tomorrows catastrophic results. There was a large article in the Sunday New York Times magazine that devoted considerable discussion to this issue. Believe it or not, all scientists are not comfortable with chimeras.
