Hi, I have not hear of rock a thon, but have done fund raisers, the most important thing to remember when you have these events is to make sure you can make money. People want the event to be so nice they forget the real picture, make money. Go on line and look up rock a thon and see what you can find out about them. Some of these companies have such high costs it is impossible to make money. They always promise you the moon and stars, but some times all you get is lots of work and no money.

I would like to know if anyone has had experience with
a rock-a-thon (rocking chair) fundraiser. I will be
helping a PD care facility with the event. I would
like to know all the dos & don'ts of such an event.
If you have done one, please contact me at

Thank you for your help in advance.
