I'm sorry I didn't keep his phone number, but Dr. Levesque is at Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles. I called his office 2-1/2 years ago before I had my DBSs. His office told me you have to donate brain cells, wait a year, no guarantees, he has/had a grant so you don't have to pay for surgery, just office visit which is expensive.
