Hi Wendy
Ramona Montagnes tells me in response to my (your) question that she and
Ian Fairclough established the Writing Centre at UBC in 1992. Originally,
it was under the Faculty of Arts but because the courses are non-credit, it
was moved to Continuing Studies.
