Don, your emails come to the list as none other. When I open a message from you, it shows an email with two attachments, a text file and a smileys file. This means we have to do a bit more opening: first we open the email (that's all we usually have to do), then we open the text doc which is attached to the email, and usually, we probably would not open the graphics file.
