List members, Please share this information with all of your family and friends who live or work in New York State: ATTEND LOBBY DAY IN ALBANY - Feb. 13th, 2006 Help Get Stem Cell Research Funded in New York State. WHAT: A statewide lobby day, planned by New Yorkers for the Advancement of Medical Research (NYAMR) to bring both adults and children to the State Capitol to meet with their Senators and Assembly members to discuss the importance of state funding for stem-cell research in New York State. WHEN? Monday, February 13, 2006 10am - 1pm Lobbying Orientation/Press Conference/ Lunch (Provided) 1 - 4:30pm Lobbying Visits with Legislators WHY? The hope and promise that stem-cell research provides can only become a reality with your help! Legislators need to hear directly from their constituents about the importance of protecting all types of stem cell research in New York, including embryonic stem cell research. Make sure your voice is heard by your representatives in Albany.
