Carol, the doc  who refused to fill out the form was the one who first
diagnosed me in CA at Scrippsand he probably knew it was futile.  They asked
tonsoof questions like what kind of books do you read and his forms had
questions uunrelated to  PD.

I had more neuros after that and am now in AZ.  this was all quite a few
years ago.  At hat time someone, can't remember who, told me to expect
refusal on the first try.  I was also advised to get a lawyer, but qualified
on 2nd try by:
(1) appearing iin shaking person with cane at the SS office

(2) having great documentation from Dr. Silver, who snowed them with info.

(3) proof of disability: I tped up a athing aobut why Rayilyn Brwon can't
work with mistakes and all, was doing word porocessing at teh time It maybe
woudl have been harder with teaching.  I could spseak then.

(4) I cried and bureaucratwas sstnoatheteic sympathetic
