" Social Security's Definition of Disability - SS defines disability as
"inability to engage in any substantial gainful activity because of a
medically determinable physical or mental impairment, which can be
expected to result in death, or which has lasted or can be expected to
last for a continuous pperiod of not less than 12 months."
Interestingly, it does not mean that you cannot work at all. Some people
are able to work part-time and keep some or all of their benefits."
Social Security's "five step" disability Evaluation Process.:

Do you meet or equal Social Security's "listing" for Parkinson"s
disease? 4. Can
you do any of your past relevant work?
