Marco I don't think you should give the impression that if the blastocyst is
"allowed to live" that is all it takes to become a fetus and maybe a born
alive human being. Microscopic undifferentiated cells in a petit dish are
not by their own accord going to come out of the petri dish and implant in a
womb.  I read somewhere that even in natural contraception implantation
fails 60% of the time.  Surely you understand why there are so many extra
IVF embryos.

Living human cells, yes, people, no.  If you think it is wrong to "play God"
with these cells that is fine with me, but we need to accurately present the
facts.
