Thanks Nick, I saw the video and Mackenzie's URL of the transcript.  You
might try Levesque's office at Cedas Sinai and see if he is still doing this
if you are interested.  I called in 2003 before I had DBSs and he was still
taking brain cells then.  I've known about Turner longer than I thought. Ray
