Dear Inkshedders Who Will Be Attending Inkshed XXIII in Gimli in less than two weeks:
We have just spoken with the hotel, and they have fewer hotel registrations than we have out of town presenters on the program. If you have not made reservations at the resort, please do as soon as possible, as they need a count for meals and coffee service and such. Contact the resort directly at 204-642-8565. Be sure to tell them you are with the Inkshed Conference.
For those people who will be staying somewhere besides the hotel, there will be a charge for meals and coffee service. Please let me know if you are one of those people so we can include you in the counts.
Please get those registrations in. As of yesterday, I only had seventeen conference registrations, and we have twenty-three people on the program (some registrations from people who are not on the program). Could you please get those registrations in and confirm to me via e-mail that you will be attending.
Sorry to be such a nag, but the hotel needs to make arrangements.
