It is in my opinion wrought with administrative and policy dangers that will jeopardize and undermine an effective implementation of Prop. 71. If that's not enough, much of the language in the bill is inexact and invites litigation. Although some lawyers may have reason to celebrate, those of us with currently "incurable" diseases or injuries do not. That's the bad news. The good news is that if you--California voter or not--want to have a voice in attempting to stop SB 401, it's easy to do.
