Good morning Inkshedders,
I'm happy to report that after the conference, we now have a total of 32 paid up members. As there were about sixteen before the conference, I must assume there are a few more cheques in the mail. If not, please accept this reminder that conference participation is restricted to Inkshed members and send those dues in. At last year's AGM, there were strong statements about the value of membership and suggestions that it was cheap at the price. We need the memberships to demonstrate our commitment to the involvement of graduate students in the conference through subsidies and to do the general business of Inkshed.
There are also many more Inkshedders out there who enjoy this discussion list and the newsletters. Please send in your memberships (40.00 Regular, $20.00 student or un(der)employed) made out to "Inkshed at NSCAD".

This is the last begging letter you will get from me, as Patricia Patchett-Golubev at U of T has kindly agreed to take on the role of treasurer and was elected at the AGM in Gimli. As soon as I have completed the details of this year's conference and this call for memberships, I will be passing over the account to her. Thanks very much, Patricia, and thanks to all of you who have trusted me with you money these past few years.
