Ned, you mean, straying off topic?  That's what we were talking about.

No, but it's easy to understand how some subscribers get upset when topics
under discussion relate to non-PD issues--especially those that get people
worked up.  As I said, I don't mind it, but I understand those who do.

It's not my place to approve or disapprove the subject matter.  I was making
an observation, based on subscriber comments to this and other mailing lists.
Many of our PD community subscribers are on line here for support, for
comradeship, for comparing PD notes, etc.  I'll talk about any topic for which
I'm well-qualified--which is a fairly wide variety, but I know that many
people on the list want to stick with PD-related topics.
