Has anyone thought of the fact that the very name
"Parkinson's Disease" conveys to people the impression that we are
carrying a contagious disease and that a wise person should stay away from us?
Probably too late to change this now, but wouldn't it be
better to call our illness "Parkinson's Syndrome" or some other term
not as emotionally loaded?
