Hi Steve Glad to meet you. I'm new to this list too I was dx 2 1/2 yrs ago, live in San Diego and am 67. I am on Requip and Sinemet. In addition I also take CoQ10 I take Tai Chi and Yoga and use a treadmill at a local gym 3 x a week as well as a little weight lifting.
