I doubt Germany would count as a ´risky´ country, food wise. Many big pharma 
firms originated in Germany. The health system is extremely good

Germany is a very developped country. They have given up pointed helmets some 
time ago. Most people speak english. Public transports are well developped 
and they are very conscious of their environment.
