The CMRS summer conference, 13th-16th July, 2007 will be on the theme of Power. It will be an interdisciplinary conference to explore questions of how was power exercised, implicitly and explicitly, how was it displayed and performed, theorised, ritualised, romanticised, codified, sanctified or opposed in the centuries of the medieval and Renaissance eras?
