Welcome Lynn

PWP are all different with respect to effectiveness of meds and progress of
the disease. They helped me on the first dose but never again. I
understand that tremor is the most difficult to treat. Two DBS (deep brain
stimulation) brain surgeries in 2003 almost completely stopped my bilateral
tremors, although it still get some minimal movement. DBS results in
everything from death (uncommon), stroke, infection to getting your life
back. One size does not fit all. Good luck, Rayilyn Brown

Subject: Introductions...

Hello, my name is Lynn. I was diagnosed with PD 3 years ago. I found this
group when I was looking up some information on PD. I
Am hoping to get some helpful feedback from others who also have the disease

How is the medication working for others? It doesn't seem to help me much.
Should it make the tremors quiet down completely?
I'm sure I will have lots of other questions, but they will come later.
Thanks in advance......Lynn
