Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the Shakespeare and the Queen's Men project, funded largely by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada and the Jackman Foundation, and supported by various departments and programs at the University of Toronto and McMaster University, we invite you to attend special performances of three plays on tour:  King Leir, Friar Bacon and Friar Bungay, and The Famous Victories of Henry the fift. The performances will be held in conjunction with a conference at Victoria College, University of Toronto, but you need not register and attend the conference in order to see the plays.  Beginning September 15, ticket sales will be open to the public.

Explore our website at <http://www.reed.utoronto.ca/QueensMen/about.html> for details about the conference and the ticket sales.  Conference registrants have priority on tickets until September 15,
and space is still available for conference attendance.
