Hi,
Having taught martial arts for over 20 yr (retired about 7 yr) I would
suggest a tai chi class. this should be practiced at least once a day. i
recently had a cold and noticed that my balance was bit precarious until it
resolved. need to practice falling eg going into a front roll as in
gymnastics. good luck.
