Yes, it's celebrated enthusiastically on 5th November, though no-one's sure
whether we're celebrating the failure or cheering on the attempt !  People
light bonfires after dark and let off fireworks; every year a number get hurt.  I
live between two small parks and it's like being  shot at !  Luckily by people
who aren't aiming anywhere in particular.
