I am in San Antonio, we know a brilliant Neuro-surgeon who doesn't do the surgery but his group does. I don't know where you live but if there was anyway to get here and get an appointment I think you would be pleased with what you find here. Hope this helps. I am not a candidate for the surgery but he told me if and when I am he knows the best doctor to do the surgery.

Has anyone have any suggestions, ideas or resources for finding the best

I've been told I'll be a good candidate for this procedure. However, as
I begin to look into it I'm finding a lot of newcomers who seem to be
"getting into the business". Even some small hospitals are claiming
competence.
I still have plenty of time but I'm starting to work on it now while
time is still on my side.
Any ideas or suggestions will be gratefully accepted.... :=).
