Vote against those who talk like Bush David Markowitz Boca Raton Posted September 14 2006 There are many people in the political world, including his father, who are concerned that President Bush is going over the edge right into a rubber room. They have good cause to worry when you consider the things he has done: taken a projected budget surplus and turned it into a deficit that your great-great-great-grandchildren will have trouble paying off; caused the deaths of nearly 3,000 servicemen in a phony war; he has no money for welfare, education, medical, stem cell research, messing with Social Security, and I am sure that the people can add to this list. He also refused to give a raise to those getting minimum wage. Thank God, he is not running for office again, because the non-thinking pseudo-intellectuals would go out campaigning for him, just like Ann Coulter. Her thoughts are like his and she has followers that go for him..I can't imagine people thinking like these two. This brings up another point: In the coming local elections, we must make sure that those who think and speak like Bush and Coulter get trashed in the elections. People who think like that must be kept from political office. Are you aware that a serviceman who lost arms, legs, etc., cannot get medical help from Veterans Affairs if he is discharged from the service? Please, people, do not let any politician who is seeking election get into office if he speaks, thinks and acts like G.W.
