best Movement Disorder Specialist you can find and trust them to make
the best decisions from direct observation of the patient.

I definitely agree with Ned. The only person with the experience you
need is in the form of a Movement Disorder Specialist. You do not have
the experience nor the training to make good choices. All the best,
