Tremor was my worst and most disabling symptom until my 2 DBS surgeries in 2003. It is my understanding that it is the most difficult symptom of PD to treat. A postal worker in Murietta CA was taking Mirapex which stopped hers for a year, then the tremor took over any way. She had to retire early.
