Has anyone seen anything on this stem cell treatment in Beijing? This link is to the Hawaii Star, and woman from the Big Island is apparently the first American to undergo this treatment and is doing well. http://starbulletin.com/2006/10/30/news/story04.html I had a long email from Tiantan Puhua Hospital including the neurosurgeons CV - but it came to me from an anti-Amendment 2 activist. ( The MO stem cell amendment) I can send the additional information on to anyone interested, or there is a website, www.stemcellschina.com I don't know what to make of it, if its real it seems promising, though I don't think the US research with pigmented retinal cells was conculsively positive?
