Dear Inkshedders,
I thought you'd be interested in the WPA response to my query about 
the "access denied" phenomenon on the WPA site--it seems to be a 
temporary situation which they are working to fix.  Best, Betsy

It's just a temporary glitch. Those position statements, etc. have 
always been publicly available. We have been receiving quite a few 
malicious attacks, so I'm looking into the reasons why most pages are 
not serving correctly.
