Interesting: if I search with the quotes in place -- for that
specific phrase -- I don't get the JSTOR listing. I have to
take the quotes off. The actual title is "OUTCOMES STATEMENT FOR
FIRST-YEAR COMPOSITION" -- and that'll pull up a number of sites
posting the statement.
(You have to wonder what the reasoning was for password-
protecting it on the WPA site.)
