Alan, I have had PD since 1988, age 35, now age 52, and I agree generally with your interpretation of "On" and "Off". What I would like to know is what medication regime are you on that gives you 12 straight hours "On" ? That is remarkably good, the best I can achieve, on 3 doses a day, is 2 and a half to 3 hours per dose, decreasing to 1 hour per dose with plenty of unpleasant dyskenesia inbetween doses.
