Please add your state insurance commissioner or consumer protection office
to any letter you send.  I believe that most states have regulations that
apply to such changes -- advance notice, etc.

to  us.  Don't send e-mail - send a letter.  You might not get help  from
them, but they will have more information about the terrible dilemma  that
many chronically ill are experiencing today.
