President's Council on Bioethics:

I see that Prentice is up to his old tricks again touting one person's (Dennis Turner), old treatment by Dr. Levesque as a cure for Parkinson's disease.

Please stop lying. I called Turner on 4-24-06 and his PD had returned with a vengeance.

Also, the Amgen GDNF infusion therapy trials for PD he cites do not involve adult stem cells. I know someone who was in one of the trials.

I have had Parkinson's disease for over ten years now and know of no one who has been effectively treated with adult stem cells. One man, Jim Finn, was treated with fetal pig cells, but I don't know how he is doing.

Isn't honesty on the list of your ethical behaviors?
