Nick I had my 2 DBSs done by Dr. Thomas Waltz at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla CA. I really liked Dr. Waltz. He was 73 at the time June and Sept 2003 so I don't know if he is still practicing. Scripps La Jolla has an excellent world-class reputation. They treated me well.
