I am having similar urological problems, though I am taking Mirapex and Sinemet
rather than Stalevo.  Also, I do have an enlarged prostate.  When it started, I
checked some web sites on incontinence which indicated that Parkinson's Disease
(and/or the medications; you can't easily separate the effects) does lead to
such symptoms.

You really should see a urologist.  There are things that can be done, even
without prostate involvement.  I assume you are familiar with appropriate
undergarments.
