Hi Sandy.  It sounds as though you have done the correct thing.  The 
board cost is $102 (plus $5tax) for the entire three days of meals 
(Dinner on Thursday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday 
and breakfast on Sunday).  The Dinner on Saturday will be an extra $20 
because we want to make that a bit special as our big conference 
dinner.  The food costs go on the Registration Form but are in addition 
to the $75 Registration Fee.  That cost will cover our guest speakers, 
room rental, coffee and juice breaks, etc.  The accommodation cost is 
separate to the food costs and can be paid when you arrive.  You will be 
paying our Conference Director for that amount.  Sorry if I wasn't clear
