I am not sure yet if I will be at the conference, but I found the projects presented extremely interesting and would like to be kept informed about their progress. Could we possibly do a form of progress report on the listserv? I don't mind putting together a proposal for the next years caucus, but I would like to get a sense of what kind of interests should be represented at next year's caucus. Through some informal conversations, there seems to be an interests in continuing our discussions on WAC/WID, as well as other writing initiatives in Canada. But some participants expressed interests in focusing more on progress of these initiatives and ways of meausring that progress (assessment). At this time, I would like to hear some inputs so that I can put together a proposal by the approaching deadline. _____________________________________ Tosh Tachino, M.A., B.A. Honors Ph.D. Candidate, Iowa State University Rhetoric and Professional Communication E-mail: [log in to unmask] http://www.public.iastate.edu/~tosh/ -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- To leave the list, send a SIGNOFF CASLL command to [log in to unmask] or, if you experience difficulties, write to Russ Hunt at [log in to unmask] For the list archives and information about the organization, its newsletter, and the annual conference, go to http://www.stu.ca/inkshed/ -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- To leave the list, send a SIGNOFF CASLL command to [log in to unmask] or, if you experience difficulties, write to Russ Hunt at [log in to unmask] For the list archives and information about the organization, its newsletter, and the annual conference, go to http://www.stu.ca/inkshed/ -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
