Peggy: For an apt description: I have determined that the part of the brain affected is the section that you train during the first few years of life, say from birth to three years old. I have a granddaughter (2 years 6 months) that is learning to routinely do the functions of movement and speech. There are also lesser elements. While I am slowly losing those same abilities.
