Many thanks to all who gave me some info on Apo-Go penject. My wife was started on 5mg. which powered her up, ( I describe her condition as being powered up or powered down rather than switched on or off.) in 10 minutes. We have now reduced this to 3mg and she still powers up in ten minutes and it still lasts for an hour. Trouble now are dyskinesias which can be very troublesome. She has had PD for twenty five years, and is still quite flexible. Maybe I'll try and lower the dose to 2mg. and see what happens.
