CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS Rhetor: Journal of the Canadian Society for the Study of Rhetoric invites submissions for its third volume, slated for publication in 2009. Rhetor is a refereed on-line journal published biannually by the Canadian Society for the Study of Rhetoric. The first two volumes (2004, 2007) of this new journal in the field of rhetorical studies are accessible free at <www.cssr-scer.ca>. As a scholarly association, the Canadian Society for the Study of Rhetoric is committed to exploring the dynamic diversity and disciplinary intersections that characterize rhetorical studies in Canada and internationally. In keeping with this spirit, we invite submissions for the third volume of Rhetor from scholars in diverse disciplines whose work addresses rhetorical theory, practice, history, or criticism from a broad range of perspectives. For a sense of Rhetor's inter-disciplinary and multi-perspectival nature, please refer to the published volume. We welcome articles in either English or French. All articles must be formatted according to MLA guidelines and must not exceed 6,000 words. Please submit two hard copies as well as an electronic file in Word format.
