LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Phytopharm PLC said its pre-clinical data
shows
that Cogane, an oral neurotrophic factor inducer, reverses the changes in the
area of the brain involved in Parkinson's disease.
Phytopharm chief executive Daryl Rees said the pre-clinical studies give
hope that Cogane could restore normal control of movement for Parkinson's
sufferers.
